Why is the software is not generating reports?
The software lacks the capability to generate reports due to the absence of Crystal Reports installation. Please ensure that Crystal Reports is properly installed on your computer.
Can I change devices after subscribing from the Microsoft Store?
Certainly, changing devices is allowed. Please be aware that if you purchased directly from us, that is if you are using an activation code, device switching is not possible as activation code is generated based on the computer's motherboard ID.
Is it necessary to repurchase the software after formatting my hard disk?
