How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your MySoulmate account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@supersoftweb.com.
2. Use the subject line: MySoulmate Account Deletion Request.
3. In the body of the email, please include your registered email address or username associated with the account you wish to delete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your user profile information (name, email, phone number, etc.).
• Your chat history and messages.
• Any photos or media you have uploaded.
• Your app settings and preferences.

Data Retention Policy

Once we receive your deletion request, we will process it within 30 days. Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), after which it will be permanently deleted.
